I find it amusing when my mum asks me to pull down my shirt and says that she never wears shirts that short (but there were micro miniskirts in her time). I know this entry probably makes me sound like her. But something really puts me off about watching MTV these days. I love most hip hop songs don't get me wrong. I really think that nowadays mojority of Hip Hop videos are like pornography. They are cesoring all the bad words but seriously actions speak louder than words. I support russel Simmons in trying to stop this unnecessary words to be on hip hop songs. Man, the dancers now not only have to be talented, they have to have the booty and the boobies and the bod! Kesian kan? I mean it's like disgusting to me... Why can't we have the old Michael Jackson videos? No matter what people think I love his videos. He has the best videos ever made. Do people really like this? I guess so, if not they wouldn't be making them over and over again. The other day I was watching a remix of an old song (Can't remember wat song) and like 95% of the time they flash this lady's butt in a thong on tv. How many times do u wanna show u cast a girl with an awesome butt that will lead a million girls to be anorexia and bullimia? The butt took up the song that i can't even remember how good or bad the song was. Kesian seh... We should have more videos like "Mickey" with the cheerleaders... So cute... But I can't say all hip hop vids are bad. I still love those wit those fancy dance moves like Ciara's "Like a boy" or Rihanna's "Umbrella" or simple like P.diddy's "last night" pretty faced girl and troubled guy or the collabo between Nelly, Justin Timberlake and Timabland "Give it to me" where they are just like grooving and jamming... Getting too emotional about this topic... Down with Booties in MTV! Quality vids Please!
