Food

You never realise how food actually brings people together. You know when I have to answer what would you sell to the pple about Singapore? I would definitely say the food. Cos it's like a one- stop junction to a world of delicacy from all parts of Asia. We've got almost evrything you want! It's good rite. When you meet pple and you have people who are like they eat evrything tapi are not willing to try certain things and just dun really want to fit in. I dunno if you understand me. Ok take this as an example:

A: C'mon let's go for Sushi! It's like really cheap.... (collectively all agrees with A)

B: (makes a face) Eww... I dun like that. I dun eat fish... When i went to Nagoya thank god there was chicken! So I ate chicken.

A: So are you like vegetarian or you can't eat beef or stuff like that?

B: No, I just eat chicken. It's the only thing I like.

Points to learn:

• If you dun like something dun make faces at it
• If you dun like something be considerate that it might be part of a person's culture.
• You also dun have to make others feel bad cos you can't join in the fun cos u find it utterly disgusting.

Tak faham babe... Orang yang travel ni, they are supposed to experience a totally new experience. If u end up bringing Milo and what nots and a kitchen to masak what you normally masak back home, what's the point. Ok maybe in Halal terms, fine... Not supposed to eat unclean stuff. But there are ways around it. Imagine like if u dun try something, how would the host feel? How would the person who wants to have you for company feel? Food really brings pple together. I'm so glad I met Adib, he eats whatever I eat and we are reknowned for our food escapades. I just want him here with me and we can grow old and fat together. Sorry if I offended anyone. I'm open to pple having choices and glad they are so definite on their choices unlike fickle minded me. But I just dun like pple bursting someone else's bubble ah.

Wat's up with Miss Dubai... Nothing as always. You know UK flights are very terrible to do cos first you do your cocktail service and by the end of that your cart is empty cos all the alcoholic drinks has been taken and yet while you are doing your service, the pple will still ask you for a "G&T or Brandy & Coke" mak ai! Boleh mati lor... UK flights are also popular for their special means correction... Asian Vegetarian meals... Hundreds... Only incentive is that you get your allowance in pounds and that you get to sleep a lot.. Oh well, all jobs has it's plus and minus rite? This is just one big minus cos we have like 5 UK sectors going like 50 times a week! Watever lah... Just do and forget it ah. The glory of the job.... You probably won't meet up with the pple you were trapped with in the same aircraft for 8 odd hours... Alhamdulilah! I was washed with like 4 glasses of water yesterday... Haiz... Thank god it wasn't red wine or anything. Phew! Things I should be doing at this present moment:

• I have to go buy groceries. I have all these rempahs but I dun have any meats. Quite funny ah. If only I can bring myself to get out!! Haha... Emirates has pampered me to much with a nice house! :P
• Go settle Imran's ticket entitlement. Hehe... Imran cannot get his cheap tix cos I just found out that Emirates has forgot to put his name with the rest of my family... Too bad ah man... I'll fix it lah dun worry... :p in the meantime pakailah mama nyer free tix eh!
• Exercise... Fatty fatty bom bom... Sheereen dah gemuk siul! Sihat lah katakan... I'm on my way to becoming the next Nutty Professor.

At least I have vacuumed my room and washed my toilet... Baby steps. Kwangs... Quite happy with my multiply now... goody! See ya peeps!

Manchester

Manchester is very cold at the moment, unfortunately for me I don't really like cold weather. It's not like I destest it or anything it's just that living in Singapore has made me so closed minded to any other weather. And Dubai weather now is just as bad. But I do love the difference of weather since I came. It's good. So Dubai is really beautiful this time of year... Like you cn actually walk around without feeling you are about to die. Just need a nice jacket and a sweater. Wonderful. Oh well it could've been more wonderful If my plans of having Adib here were accomplished. But I dunno why I'm so not abled to save enough money. Yelah, gaji bomb... but what happened to the money I wonder. I don't really buy lotsa material stuff so there isn't any physical evidence. The leave really took a lot of money out of me! Haha..... My weight has really gone up, FATTY! Charged almost all foods on my credit card! Haiz... I went to Liyana's new place a few days ago... All I can say is I'm so jealous... Oh well maybe when I get my own transport, I'll move there... Ya rite! Too lazy! My holiday in SG was great! I did so many things. Although it was sad to leave, I was quite eager to start my life in DXB again. Going back home made me realise the reasons why I came to Emirates. Ya I miss everything but stuff like walking down Orchard Road on weekends (even weekdays) just make me want to scream! WHERE THE HELL DID THIS 4 MILLION PPLE COME FROM???!!! Dream come true is to have my friends and family in DXB... I'll be happy! You can't have the best of both worlds rite. The time in Manchester is 23:33 and I slept already... I've got eyebags... Physically this job has started taking it's toll on me... Yep! Ok I have a multiply i just created but it's quirky... Tolong ajar! haha... I can't upload photos.... Weird rite...
