Yep, it's a blog entry about me. And it's great! :) The greatest thing about it is the writer. Mr Adib Kosnan. I spent the most of my magical short stay in Singapore with this tembam, sick boy. As much as we would like to be together, circumstances doesn't permit us to. I mean it sucks and this is the biggest challenge ever but surprisingly, things are not looking that bad for us. I've been back twice in 4 mths and i'm trying very hard to keep up with the rhythm. Sacrifices made that will insyaallah lead us both to a better future. MMMWAH!

Through the years

Sometimes you just ponder about where life has brought you and all your friends. And this very moment is just one of those times. Gosh, we used to be so close like we knew each others time tables man. Remember the times when we got our rosters and we even jotted down who had breaks at the same time? We were that lame that we didn't want to spend time with anyone else. And yet here we are in the waves of time, socialising and love, we have drifted away. I mean we still talk like we used to but I guess you can't stop changes can you? Somehow or rather, we have to grow up. Titi and I are hardly contactable cos I'm afraid to call her cos it may spoil her sleep patterns. The only way I can meet Hanif and Zad are during the weekends online. Haider, we're totally drifted. Can't stop this strong powerful wave man. I miss you guys so much. I miss the times when Titi and I used to work in Fish & Co and that the 10th is the favouritest day of the month.. only 1 guess why. I miss my free coffee at Raffles Place and the if I'm bored and feel like having a free coffee I know I can count on Izad! I miss my late night hauntings with Hanif who's like 10 minutes away from me talking about everything from old school days to heart troubles. I mean I'm not saying that I regret all the changes that has happened. In fact I embrace it whole heartedly. Life and the times has been good to us all. I've got my smashing new career and a really awesome and special boyfriend on top of my great friends. I guess I wished growing up wasn't so hard. I still want those "jumpa kat Design" moments and I also want this new life we are all going to encounter. Guess what I'm trying to say is, keep up the good work guys no matter how hard it is. If the next 10 years of our friendship is anything like the last 4 years... I'm all ready for it! Thanks so much for everything!

I love this song it's so sweet. I mean what is love with no sacrifice? Emo Sheereen at the moment and yes at this moment the song is echoing in the background on repeat. Today, I'm on standby from 1000 - 2200. This is a shitty standby cos basically your whole day is burned and you'll probably won't get called at all but if u feel sleepy, they will call you... Haha... Ironic these crew scheduling people. So Sacrifice your sleep and go to work. Do I seem to be enjoying the job? Hmm... All I can say is that it has it's ups and downs. You reach home at bizzaro hours and once you take off that uniform, you go "What a tiring job!" And then the next day you do the job again. The routine goes on and on. Then you have those wonderful layovers. Only 24hours with Emirates at most destinations but I think it's enough. I mean if u stay longer, the more money you'll spend anyway. So if u're tired don't go out, if you're itching to go out grab someone to go out with you. Oh yah, and the gorgeous hotels you get to live in. Gosh! You cannot believe it. Crown Plaza is so nice! Check this out...

Nice Right? This is the one in Shanghai. I should really start taking photos of the toilets. It come with both a bath tub and shower. Movies are awesome also. It's great! I mean what kinda job actually gives you chance to sleep in a nice hotel. You are paid to sleep!! Haha... But the shit comes when you're working ah. Since when is working fun niwae. So these are the ups and downs. I'm hoping I get an Europe flight. That will be so great... Strolling down Athens or Gazing at the Eiffel Tower or The Louvre or even go shopping in Milan. Woo hoo! But for now...

Long Update

My update after a long while. I would like to say that I've been really busy these days and my whole life in Dubai has really taken off.... BUT... Too bad, I've been watching Gilmore Girls runs from morning till night. Seriously, what a bargain I made with buying series of Desperate Housewives, The OC and Gilmore Girls the whole season at the price of 1 season! I don't think anyone understands my language. Too much Gilmore Girls seriously. I miss my mum watching more and more of Gilmore Girls. The Mum's crazy like my mum and Rory she has to deal with it. But it's fun.... Anyone wanna join me come over to 21st Century Tower 1601. Haha... Anyway, Manila was great! I would seriously think twice about swapping my flights to Manila. I'm sorry filipinas... It's good shopping... Pantyhose and DVDs galore. It's great fun. I swear next time my entries would be much more colourful than fun fun fun... till next time. Enjoy my marvellous Blog.
